Hi, hope you are going well
Although you are using the production environment, the interface for invoicing of our own store in the production environment is still connected to the test token in order to tax compliance, which is why there is no product name.
You don't have to worry about it. This is not the case for normal merchants, their stores are compliant and their invoices are connected to production tokens, so the product name and other information will be displayed normally.
