Olá @Cissy 崔敬仪 tudo bem?

Estamos com o seguinte problema para os consumidores do miniProgram da Estopim da Fiel:
Antes do ultimo Update eles tinham uma opção para sinalizar para loja que haviam recebido o pedido do serviço de entrega, agora após a atualização do sistema só é possível dar baixa escaneando o código de barras gerado pelo sistema, (visto nas imagens em anexo) mas isso não seria possível pois o serviço de entrega é terceirizado e o cliente não ira entrar em contado com a loja para passar seu código para que isso seja realizado.
Precisamos retornar com a opção antiga pois isso facilita o controle do comerciante sobre o prazo de entrega das encomendas.

Hi @Rodrigues Gustavo,I hope you are doing fine.We provide a POS mini-program for delivery personnel to log in and manage deliveries. After logging into the mini-program, the delivery personnel can view the orders assigned to them. By clicking the "Start Delivery" button, they begin the delivery process. Upon arrival, they scan the receipt code to complete a two-way confirmation, ensuring that the goods are accurately delivered to the customer. Meanwhile, both the PDV and Shop backend can track delivery efficiency.

We would like to clarify the following points:

1、Is the merchant's delivery service entirely handled by third-party providers?
2、If it is a third-party delivery service, we need to confirm whether third-party delivery personnel are allowed to log in and use the POS mini-program for deliveries.
  • If allowed, they can use our system to manage the entire delivery process, ensuring full control over delivery operations.
  • If not allowed, we will add a "Confirm Receipt" button in the shopping mini-program, allowing consumers to manually confirm receipt. However, this may lead to challenges in tracking delivery efficiency and verifying delivery accuracy. If the consumer never clicks the confirmation button, we will have no way of knowing whether the order has been successfully delivered.

Previously, the order was confirmed manually; it can be exactly as it was before!

1-Yes, only by contractors.
2- No, here in Brazil that wouldn't be possible!

We need a confirmation button directly in the app again for the customer to confirm receipt.

Hi,@RODRIGO ,hope you are doing well.I will update the Mini Program Mall > Order List, allowing consumers to click the "Confirm Receipt" button when the order is in pending receipt status.

At the same time, in PDV > Mall Orders, I will add a "Ship" button for pending shipment orders, so merchants can process shipments through Shop Backend or PDV.

Additionally, I need to confirm whether phone orders are also handled by third-party delivery services instead of using our POS mini-program delivery module. Currently, our design requires PDV + POS mini-program delivery module to complete the entire order fulfillment and settlement process.

If phone orders do not use the POS mini-program delivery module, I will need to adjust the PDV system accordingly.

The changes you will make to the Shopping orders are perfect, thank you very much!

Now, regarding phone orders, I spoke with @Rodrigues Gustavo, and he said it would be necessary to operate in both ways: maintaining the way the miniProgram works today and also adding manual receipt to use a third-party service.
