Yes.The system is set up like this. In order to solve the problem you mentioned, what you need to do is as following:
1. Create a new category with the correct industry and other information.
2. Empty the products under the wrong category. This can be done by editing the product's category information to the correct category. (Picture 1 and 2)
3. Delete the wrong category after emptying it. (Picture 3)

Esta solução é temportária, preciso que este ítem possa ser alterado, como já conversamos em nossas reuniões, o sistema tem que ser o mais simples possível, mais operacional.

If it is changed to allow editing status, then if the store is using pdv or is picking items under that category, it can lead to serious issues such as not updating in time to the point of financial misalignment.
However, to quickly resolve your problem for now, our technical team can assist you in achieving your goal by modifying the database on the backend (as a temporary solution).

Ok, isso que informei no chamado, por hora a solução enviada atende perfeitamente, para o futuro precisamos poder alterar, aqui no Brasil sempre oriento os clientes a fazer qualquer alteração em produtos com o turno do PDV encerrado.
