Problem Report - Delivery Fee in MiniProgm

Date: January 22, 2025

Responsible: Rennan Felipe

Problem Description:
It has been identified that the "Delivery Fee" functionality in the MiniProgm system is not operating correctly. The issue persists even after following all the steps recommended in the manual sent via email.

Actions Taken:

1. Followed the step-by-step instructions as detailed in the manual received via email.
2. Reviewed system settings to ensure proper configuration.
3. Restarted the system after applying the configurations.
4. Tested in different scenarios to verify if the issue persists.

Actions Outcome:
After executing the indicated procedures, the issue was not resolved, and the delivery fee functionality remains inoperative.

Impact:
The inability to correctly calculate the delivery fee may cause inconsistencies in the final values for customers, as well as impact financial reports and decision-making processes.

Request:
We request a new analysis by the technical support team to identify the root cause of the issue and implement a definitive solution.

• Copy of the manual sent via email.
• Screenshots of the configurations performed.
• Videos.

We await your response as soon as possible.

Eu analisei o seu vídeo, e você precisa configurar as taxas de entrega no backend. As taxas de entrega devem ser definidas com base em faixas de distância. O sistema calculará automaticamente a taxa de entrega de acordo com a faixa de distância configurada. Por exemplo:

0-5 km: 5 reais
5-10 km: 10 reais
10-20 km: 20 reais
20-100 km: 50 reais

Hi, hope you are doing well.I’ve reviewed your video, and you need to configure the delivery fees in the backend. The delivery fees must be set based on distance ranges. The system will automatically calculate the delivery fee according to the distance range you’ve configured. For example:

0-5 km: 5 BRL
5-10 km: 10 BRL
10-20 km: 20 BRL
20-100 km: 50 BRL
Please ensure that all distance ranges have corresponding delivery fees; otherwise, the system may not be able to calculate them properly. As shown in the image.

A taxa de entrega foi resolvida. O que precisa ser ajustado é a comissão do entregador. Precisamos que seja gerenciada da mesma forma que a do vendedor, para que possamos definir o valor por entrega, acompanhar o volume de entregas e calcular corretamente a comissão a ser paga.

A taxa de entrega foi resolvida. O que precisa ser ajustado é a comissão do entregador. Precisamos que seja gerenciada da mesma forma que a do vendedor, para que possamos definir o valor por entrega, acompanhar o volume de entregas e calcular corretamente a comissão a ser paga.

Boa tarde a todos

Após testes com a versão nova alguns observações no lançamento de pedidos por telefone:

- Relatório entregador no backend está OK ;
- Não aceita produto a peso;
- Não posso dar desconto nos pedidos por telefone;
- Valor do troco não imprime no recibo;
- O preenchimento da taxa de entrega não pode ser obrigatório;
- Se o entregador perder ou quebrar o telefone como fazer liquidação no PDV;
- Se o pedido for pelo miniapp a comissão não aparece para o entregador;
- No backend onde vejo relatório de taxa de entrega recebida total e deduzido o do entregador? (sugestão na imagem)
