The cashier will then go to the checkout next. And the shopping guide is not equipped with the checkout function.

First, to synchronize you with the information about this project.
The content of the requirement we received is as follows:
For some big stores in Brazil, there will be two roles: shopping guide and cashier. The shopping guide is responsible for guiding the customer through the store and synchronizing the confirmed purchases to the cashier, but is not responsible for collecting the money. The customer will walk to the cashier to make the purchase, i.e. the cashier will be responsible for placing the order and collecting the money. This business scenario does not consider offline situations.
Considering the business scenario in which this requirement occurs, our solution is as follows (refer to the video for details, which I mark the explanation in english):
Setup shopping guide role, pdv supports shopping guide's role login. After logging in, you can use the following functions: shop products and place pending orders, view the list of pending orders, settings.
1. Shop products and place pending orders: shopping guide with the same cashier has the same function for the customer to choose goods to place an order, but note that this time, the pending order is meant to synchronize the order to all cashiers in the store, which is equivalent to booking the goods for the customer, rather than the customer has to pay to shopping guide. When synchronized to the cashier, the customer can go to any cash register to pay for the order.
2. View pending order list: shopping guide can see their own records of pending orders and support re-editing. You can also see the pending orders of other shopping guides in the store, but you can't do anything to the pending orders of others (because of the commission issue).
3. Settings: printer settings
This is the situation of this project and the solution we provided. Perhaps it's better to have another meeting to clearfy demands and discuss solution.
