hello Guys, same erros finded in Phiz pdv.

1- O sistema permite a retirada de valor mesmo sem ter recebido valor em dinheiro ou ter aberto o caixa com "Fundo de Caixa". 
O valor não pode ficar negativo negativo.
1- The system allows withdrawal of funds even without receiving cash or opening the register with a 'Cash Fund.' The amount should not be allowed to go negative.

2- O valor do fundo de caixa aceita apenas o ponto (.) como separador decimal. 
No Brasil, o padrão monetário usa vírgula (,).
2- The cash fund amount only accepts a period (.) as the decimal separator. In Brazil, the currency standard uses a comma (,).

3- Quando usamos a função de adicionar ou remover valores do caixa, ele não informa que foi feita uma adição ou subtração de valores, somente mostra o valor total de caixa, e nem mesmo grava essa informação em Finanças para uma conferencia posteriormente. Isso permite que fique frágil a conferencia dos caixas, pois principalmente o valor do "fundo de caixa" pode ser alterado pelo usuário e não ficara registrada a alteração.
3- When we use the function to add or remove cash, it does not indicate that a value addition or subtraction has occurred; it only shows the total cash amount, nor does it record this information in Finance for later verification. This makes cash reconciliation vulnerable, as the 'cash fund' value, in particular, can be altered by the user without any record of the change.

Hello @Cissy 崔敬仪 I will try to clarify the issues better,

1- a). Se eu tiver um reembolso sem fundo de caixa? R: O sistema não deve permitir o reembolso. b). Se eu tiver um reembolso com fundo de caixa? R: O sistema deve tirar o valor do reembolso do valor do Fundo de caixa. (exemplo dado no ambiente em que, em ambas as situações não tem saldo de vendas no caixa).

1- a). What if I have a refund without a cash fund? A: The system should not allow the refund. b). What if I have a refund with a cash fund? A: The system should deduct the refund amount from the cash fund value. (Example given in the environment where, in both situations, there is no sales balance in the cash register.)

2- OK!

3- Acredito que não é necessário um modulo separado mas essa informação deve entrar no relatório de finanças para uma futura analise de faturamento que o cliente possa precisar. E é necessário essa informação ser impressa na "Informações de Turno", (image 3).

3- I believe a separate module is not necessary, but this information should be included in the financial report for any future revenue analysis that the client may need. It is also necessary for this information to be printed in the 'Shift Information' (image 3).

I think there is a difference in our business process for the first and third points of this project and we can discuss the solution in the next meeting.
The China team's business process for the money box is as follows:
Regarding the first point: When the actual amount of money in that cashier's money box is not enough for a refund, the system is allowing refunds, the amount of the money box is also recorded as a negative amount at this point. In this case, the cashier can go to the owner to ask for the money by himself, and then enter the amount of the money box again in the system, and finally give the customer a successful refund. This is to make it easier for the customer to get a refund at every register.
Regarding the third point: we need to discuss what you want again and see if the shop backend needs to plan a separate new section to record the money box flow chart.

For the last point, we had a discussion in last meeting. You introduced how the cashiers working with his money box for us. But here is still a question.
1. You mentioned that a certain amount of money is kept in the money box at all times when the cashier turns in for his shift. So if a particular cashier goes to work with less than the amount in the money box, does he have to add the money to the certain amount first? And does the cashier need to take all the money with him when he leaves at the end of his shift? Or does he still leave the amount in the money box?
Regarding the money box logic, each industry or brand stores have their own cashier management method, like how their cashiers shift. It is not possible to create each different function in the backend to support arbitrary choice. It is recommended to use with the original business logic of our system.
For example, if you want to realize the logic you mentioned in the meeting, the cashier can manually reduce money in our pdv when he need to shift turn. And then take the amount he reduced away to their manager.
Because the business logic of people management depends on the store manager of different industries, then in the future perhaps there will be every different business logic and we have to do the every different function in backend. It's will be more complex. So I require to cancel this requirement. Please have a consideration and discuss with me. Feel free to contact me.

Bom dia a todos

A lógica está correta, mas precisamos ter um bloqueio, se o operador do caixa digitar um valor errado (maior do que está no fundo do caixa) vai ficar negativo.
O outro problema é que, quando faz uma retirada ou adiciona dinheiro, este não gera relatório nenhum no backend e também não imprime nenhum recibo de comprovação e não aparece no recibo de fechamento do turno.
