Descrição

-Regarding Topic 1 (Error in payment via PIX/QR Code), we conducted tests with various banks (Itaú, Bradesco, Caixa, Sofisa, Banco Pan, and Inter), and the tests were successful. However, specifically with Nubank, the system presents an error message. (photos)

-Regarding Topic 2
A report was extracted with all transactions made by Phiz up to yesterday, and the results were as follows:
Total transactions: 312
Quantity and types of transactions:
10 - Refunds
24 - p2p
1 - Charge R$ 2.53
123 - Cash out - pix R$ -5635.70
154 - Cash in - pix R$ 6890.28
Current account balances:
66709: R$ 1.00
66710: R$ 1252.51
66406: R$ 0.49 available, R$ 2.53 blocked
66474: R$ 0.01
Conclusion
Regarding the discrepancy in values, it is not possible to identify it because if you look at the transactions along with the account balances, it reaches the absolute and correct value. If there are still doubts, it is best to send us evidence of deposits into Phiz's account that have not been accounted for so we can identify the destination of the transaction.

What does the "road_tran_id" column mean? We send the list to AfroBank to identify the status of each transaction (liquidated, canceled, etc.)

We are awaiting the answer to the second question. We are resolving the first question here in Brazil.

O que significa a coluna "road_tran_id"? Enviamos a lista para o AfroBank para identificar o status de cada transação (liquidada, cancelada, etc.)

Estamos aguardando a resposta da segunda pergunta. Estamos resolvendo a primeira pergunta aqui no Brasil.

Good evening, Vitor it's just a different name, it corresponds to "transactionId" of Credpay.

Since it's the same issue with #6940, as 6940 has been remarked as resolved, if nothing related to this matter, could we update this matter as “resolved”

as well?
