Conclusion
Regarding the discrepancy in values, it is not possible to identify it because if you look at the transactions along with the account balances, it reaches the absolute and correct value. If there are still doubts, it is best to send us evidence of deposits into Phiz's account that have not been accounted for so we can identify the destination of the transaction.

What does the "road_tran_id" column mean? We send the list to AfroBank to identify the status of each transaction (liquidated, canceled, etc.)

We are awaiting the answer to the second question. We are resolving the first question here in Brazil.

pls take note that repeated record (same matter) in Daily Phiz google spreadsheet and redmine happened a few times. To make the record and project follow-up more efficiently, We do expect that it won't happen again, thanks a lot.

Good evening, Vitor it's just a different name, it corresponds to "transactionId" of Credpay.

Since it's the same issue with #6940, as 6940 has been remarked as resolved, if nothing related to this matter, could we update this matter as “resolved”

as well?
